Problem

Proconics, a South African engineering leader, needed a digital presence aligned with its new updated visual identity and brand strategy of transformative brilliance. However, their digital footprint was fragmented across multiple disparate sites. The user journey was highly frustrating and broken, failing to reflect the innovative scale of their work or provide a cohesive brand experience.

Solution

We engineered a holistic brand and UX overhaul that unifies all sectors under a single, authoritative digital home.

  • Unified Visual Identity: Established a shared design language, using a core typographic hierarchy, a grounded primary palette, and a consistent grid, while introducing dynamic accent colours and bespoke iconography to give each sector a unique but familial identity.

  • Streamlined UX: Applied this framework to a reimagined website, replacing the friction of the legacy sites with intuitive navigation and clear, audience-led user journeys.
